Our homely heritage ensures we only use the highest quality durum wheat, milled to a golden color for a delicious taste and texture. From soup to sauce, and the simplest of recipes to the most complex of concoctions, our flavourful pasta will always deliver great results. The Regions have talent. Our Crozets pasta is made with durum wheat for a firm taste of France. It combines well with sauces or fried vegetables, or can be eaten just boiled in broth. The Pasta Regione is handcrafted in the South of France from hard wheat semolina, cooked slowly and turned to give it a unique taste.
