Then in our own factory in Quebec, Canada, we turn them into gourmet chocolate bars using traditional methods. Our Original Milk Chocolate 100g is smooth and creamy with a delightful milky flavor for a truly memorable moment you'll relish time after time. Cote d'Or Original has been made under the same specifications in Belgium since 1920. It is made with a blend of the finest ingredients. Our unique technique of roasting whole cocoa beans gives the chocolate a distinctive full flavor and aroma. This chocolate is made from 100% fine cocoa butter and 24% minimum cocoa solids, thus giving it its extra creamy and smooth texture. Chocolate with authentic milk chocolate taste, smooth melt, and a true chocolate flavor. Perfectly smooth and creamy with roasted hazelnuts in every bite and a perfect balance between sugar and cocoa from Ca´te d'Or's fine recipe. This bar is made with "Bittersweet" chocolate, bittersweet chocolate contains less sugar than semi sweet chocolate, but more sugar than dark.
