Vahine is non-rancid and prepared with lemon, vanilla, bitter almond and beeswax. It is used as a lubricant to clean the blades of blades and scissor. The red color is also used to paint some fruit and vegetables before putting them in the oven (tomatoes, potatoes…) to give them a more attractive appearance. Vahine represents the ultimate in French cuisine. Through its journey from France, to the Arabian gulf region, Vahine has been prepared in the same manner, using only the finest ingredients. It is simply delicious as a filling or topping for stuffed or empty pastries or can be used to make luscious cakes such as our Brioche cake recipe ( sold separately ). Thanks to its consistency and the brightness of its delicate flavors, Vahine is the ideal ingredient to prepare delicate desserts.
