Change Bi Cepages is a Rose wine from Languedoc Roussillon, Pays d'Oc, France and is produced by the Domaine de Vareilles. Noted for its hint of spiciness and low tones, this white wine is suitable to accompany appetizers, fish dishes, and spicy Asian meals. It also goes well with smoked meats and pastries. Rose, pronounced (Same-ay), is a type of wine made from red wine grapes that have been permitted to macerate on their skins for just a short period of time. This process gives Rose wine its characteristic light reddish-pink color and allows higher levels of grape flavor to be extracted into the juice than from times when the grapes are left on the vine longer.  Furthermore, it imparts softness and effervescence. CHANGE Premium Rose wines contain 10% to 12 % alcohol, which makes them the perfect drink for all occasions.
