La Cave d'Augustin Florent Rose wine is from Anjou la Roche GRACE, which is located in the southwestern part of France, close to the Loire Valley, close to the fortified city of Anger. This winery is committed to quality work at every stage and has nearly 500 acres of grapevines for Cabernet wine, Chardonnay, Anjou, and Sauvignon Blanc. Only a few select grape varieties are grown and carefully maintained with three generations of experience. The vines are planted on a unique mixture of gravel and sand (about 50% each), resulting in an even and strong root growth pattern. This results in a dense root structure that gives more tension when pulling the soil and vine into the grapes, resulting in better color saturation. On opening, it shows a garnet red color with the intense smell of cherry jam, dark fruit jam, and roasted caramel. The taste is quite concentrated, slightly bitter with a long finish. The balance between alcohol and acidity is 7%. Serve it at 11-12°C temperature with steamed rice or risotto rice as the main course for dinner, or as an appetizer before roasting and finally serve it.
