The process of decaffeinating coffee doesn't usually appeal to us, but when we tasted this organic Ethiopian coffee decaffeinated with the Swiss water method, we fell in love. The beans are raw and perfectly green and the resulting brew is exceptionally smooth and rich. This dark roast coffee is made up of 100% organic Arabica beans, sourced from the Gedeb region of Ethiopia and slowly roasted over a convection flame to preserve the beans don't burn or char. It has a fruity tasting, aroma with notes of sweet chocolate.
