Intangible quality. Few products can be proud of not having changed their recipe one iota in a century. Pate Henaff is of this caliber: since its creation in 1915 by Jean Henaff, it has always brought together the best cuts of pork – fillets and hams – to offer gourmets more flavors and less fat. To offer it to you when it is well matured and give it time to develop all its flavours, we keep Henaff Pate for at least 6 weeks in our reserves before shipping it.

Local sector. No need to look far for everything that makes the difference between the star of pates and all the other pates in the world. Everything is local in Pate Henaff: the fresh meat, from pigs selected from farms – 150km from Pouldreuzic, the boxes made and printed in Douarnenez since 1919 and the salt from Guerande! So apart from spices, we are therefore on a 100% local sector!
