Tortiglioni is a traditional Italian pasta that is rolled by hand into a tube shape. It pairs wonderfully with your favorite homemade sauces and features Barilla's trusted quality. BARILLA Tortiglioni is crafted by combining 3 sheets of pasta to create a thick, squared-off end section. Tortiglioni are something of an Italian classic – they are served in most trattorias, especially in the north-east of Italy. Tortiglioni are short and wide ribbons, generous in size and shape, portioned to serve four people. Other than being delicious, Tortiglioni have a unique mouth feel that makes them perfect for pairing with sauces and can be enjoyed as an alternative to long pasta. A longer, thicker version of the traditional pasta straw. This pasta is ideal for making large nests of soft shells to serve as an appetizer. 500g package serves 8-10 people.
