Introducing Les Crozets Nature by Alpina Savoie, a melt in to your mouth cheese that is slightly firmer than our original rind natural cheese. It's the perfect mountain snack pack for alpine adventures and can easily be sliced for sandwiches or fondue. Our Les Crozets Cheeses are made in the Jura Mountains of France from unpasteurized milk. Savoie Les Crozets is an Alpine cheese with a full body, creamy texture and fresh aroma matured in natural cellars. This outstanding cholesterol free cheese containing less saturated fat than the other cheeses has won several gold medals in recent years at the European Cheese Awards. Pure creme de marron, 80% of which is made from the heart of the chestnut. Wheat flour and sugar are used as carriers for this cream and ensure that it presents a fine and smooth consistency.
