Delicious, non-allergenic, single ingredient made in Switzerland. Petit suisse is a semi-hard cheese produced using pasteurized cow's milk and allowed to mature for at least nine months. Nature, with its fresh taste, delicate texture and mildly flavored cheeses, was inspired by the savoir faire and taste of the alpine region where petit suisse is created from imported Swiss cows' milk matured in cellars cooled by the water from glaciers. A creamy spread for when you just want to grab a sandwich or a quick meal and don't have the time to cook.
