En toute franchise je prefere un saucisson du type a L'ancienne (du genre
Albert Lhuissier) donc un saucisson avec du gras.
Le St Agaune est peut etre plus sain , mais je n'ai pas tellement aime cette viande plutot 'hachee'.
C'est donc une question de gout mais je ne recommenderai [pas ce produit
