It combines different flavor elements, highlighting the finest qualities of traditional vinegar. This is richly aromatized in white wine with herbs of Provence, and then matured to 6° by the same techniques as in Cognac. Rich, colorful with a hint of vanilla aroma. The most delicate drizzling on all seafoods, salads and fruits, it can also be enjoyed neat as a digestive. With a slightly sweet taste, SAAZ® – the pure white vinegar – goes extremely well with salad and is ideal for sauces. We recommend to use it freshly opened.
