This pasta is made using Lazio-grown durum wheat with pure spring water and shaped through traditional bronze dies then slowly dried at low temperatures. 

This artisanal process gives the pasta a rough texture that helps sauces cling beautifully, enhancing flavour in every bite.

Delicious with classic sauces like arrabbiata, bolognese or four cheese but also perfect for oven-baked pasta dishes.

Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.
