General delivery information
Delivery is made from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 10pm.
On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a notification by push, email and/or SMS with a two-hour delivery window.

* We offer next day delivery (within 24 hours) for orders received Monday to Friday before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched on the next delivery day.
**We offer same day home delivery in London for all orders received Monday to Friday before 12pm. Delivery will be made on the same evening between 6pm and 10pm.
We reserve the right to confirm the feasibility of delivery depending on the total volume of products and the availability of the delivery service in your area.
Delivery packaging
ATTENTION: For fresh and frozen products, we recommend a 24-hour delivery to ensure optimal freshness and freezing of your products.
For courier deliveries, all fresh food is packaged in thermally insulated packaging to ensure that it arrives in the same fresh condition as when it leaves our premises.
Frozen food delivery conditions (excluding London M25):
In order to ensure that your products are as fresh as possible, they are carefully prepared and then packaged appropriately to meet transport standards. Nevertheless, some products may arrive at your home partially defrosted. It is strongly recommended not to refreeze a defrosted product.
For deliveries within London, we use refrigerated vans.
We guarantee a best before date of 3 days from the date of departure from our premises.
Delivery instructions
You can add specific delivery instructions to your shopping cart in the "Add delivery instructions" section. Please ensure that we receive instructions if you would like the package to be dropped off at a specific location, for example a neighbour's house. You can add or change these instructions for the delivery address of your choice in the "My Addresses" section of My Account. You can also call or email us and we will try to help you.
Delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email address linked to your purchase.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated after you receive it.
Orders generally take 1-3 business days to arrive.
Pre-ordered items usually have delayed delivery times. These items with the full order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated in the product description, which is between 3 and 5 working days.
