You don't have to travel to France to enjoy a taste of France, Petit Navire Salmon Rillettes are a delicately balanced blend of lightly salted preserved salmon, creamy mayonnaise and just the right hint of lemon, all wrapped up in a nutritious whole-grain bread. Spread on your favorite slices, this recipe is sure to delight. The rillettes of salmon Petit Navire are finely ground, selected and cooked in the traditional way. They are unscrewed from their jar directly before serving to be spread on bread, accompanied with a slice of baguette or crackers. Can also be used as a spread for a sandwich, for example ham and cheese or salmon with cream cheese. Our rillettes have an exceptional texture, delicacy and pure taste.  This product is just as fresh as it is delicious.  From the Pacific Northwest, this salmon is caught using traditional fishing methods, and then smoked and canned in France. The delicacy of salmon is accompanied by a hint of thyme and the intense taste of lemon. It is surrounded by an airtight seal and vacuum-packed so that once opened, it keeps its freshness in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
