This pasta is made using Lazio-grown durum wheat with pure spring water and shaped through traditional bronze dies then slowly dried at low temperatures. 

This artisanal process gives the pasta a rough texture that helps sauces cling beautifully, enhancing flavour in every bite.

Common in Roman and Tuscan cuisine, this pasta is perfect with rich sauces such as wild boar ragù, seafood with shellfish or creamy mushroom and truffle combinations.

Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.
