• Ineligible products: Fresh, frozen, or open products cannot be returned, except in the event of a proven defect.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when ordering.
Exchanges and Credits
If you prefer to exchange a product or receive a credit to use on a future order, we will be happy to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
Return Fees
• In the event of an error on our part (incorrect or damaged product), the return costs will be covered by Mon Panier Latin.
• In other cases, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
