Return Policy
At Mon Panier Latin, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If this is not the case, we offer a clear and fair return policy to meet your needs.
_Eligibility Conditions_
Returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:
1. Product Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. The products are not eligible for returns, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.
3. Deadline: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
_Return Procedure_
1. Contact our customer service at bonjour@monpanierlatin.co.uk or via 020 8159 5140 to initiate your request. Please include:
• Your order number.
• The reason for the return.
• Photos of products, if necessary (for defective or incorrect products).
2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label or instructions to return the products.
3. Carefully pack the items and send them to the address indicated.
_Return Fees_
• Defective products or order errors: We fully cover the return costs.
• Other reasons (change of opinion, customer error): Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
_Reimbursements_
• Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
• The refund will be made to the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are not refundable, unless there is an error on our part.
_Exchanges_
• If you wish to exchange a product, we will send you the new item upon receipt of the return, subject to availability in stock.
• Delivery times for exchanges may vary by region.
_Problems with a Product_
If a product has arrived damaged or does not match your order, contact our customer service upon receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
