The ingredients

- 1 kg chicken leg
- frying fat
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt

200 g button mushrooms - 300 g leeks cut into rings
- 300 g onions
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
- 3 dl white wine
- 1 dl chicken stock
- 2 bay leaves
- salt, pepper, to taste
- 3 sprigs flat leaf parsley, leaves removed
The stages of preparation
- Melt the fat in a frying pan.
- Flour the chicken pieces, shake off the excess flour and season.
- Sear the meat in portions on all sides for 5 minutes.
- Remove the meat, set aside and wipe off the cooking fat.
- In the same pan, melt a little butter for roasting.
- Add the mushrooms and vegetables and fry for 10 minutes.
- Moisten with the wine and stock, add the chicken and bay leaves and bring to the boil.
- Lower the heat, cover and braise for about 30 minutes.Finish cooking uncovered for approx. 15 minutes and season.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
