    The stages of preparation


    1. Place the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and melt until it turns brown and takes on a nutty smell. Remove from heat and pour through a fine sieve.
    2. Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend well. Add the cooled butter and mix.
    3. Pour the batter into the mini loaf pans and insert the peaches on top and gently press them into the batter.
    4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
