The ingredients
- 320g unsalted butter
- 120g almond powder
- 90g flour
- 150g sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 2 tbsp coconut powder
- 3 peaches
The stages of preparation
- Place the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and melt until it turns brown and takes on a nutty smell. Remove from heat and pour through a fine sieve.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend well. Add the cooled butter and mix.
- Pour the batter into the mini loaf pans and insert the peaches on top and gently press them into the batter.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
